"Made an appointment online and gave our insurance info at that time. Check in at the clinic was easy and we were called back 3 minutes later. The phlebotomist was very professional and made sure my daughter was comfortable with everything she was going to do. I chose this location because it had the highest rating of all the Quest labs in North County and they had appointments available the day that was convenient for me."

"NEVER show up early if you have an appointment. They will prevent you being on the standby list and will dedicate 1 person to that list. So people who show up much much later than you get to go first. Over 5 who came in after me. They are rude and will not take you off the appointment list so you can get a shot of doing it early. They got down to 1 person doing the draws and still only served standby. Refused to take me off appointment to standby. And still managed to find room for another standby 2 min prior to my appointment. So I got care even later than I had planned. I was ok waiting for as long as I did so long as there was a chance of getting it done early. They are some of the angriest people. Just go anywhere else. Also habitually understaffed, meaning they are not employing enough staff."

"I booked online for a same-day appointment. I was 6 minutes late when I checked in. They called me back right away. No wait. Process was efficient and quick! They know how bad their reviews are, and they are serously determined to fix their online reputation."

"I have come to this location more than four times in the last two weeks. No one speaks to you when you arrive or while you’re there. My appointments have been “scheduled,” and yet I have still not been called back in a timely manner (30mins -1 hr). I have to drive on and live with a broken sacrum (S3), so I cannot sit upright AT ALL. What is the purpose for having someone drive an hour to the nearest Quest, and then having them wait another 30 mins -1 hr for a simple blood draw? The waiting area is always a mess, and your appointment system, on your TV, that shows appt “standings” was also broken, again. No one knows who’s next, but I never was… I pray that a corporate/managerial department will shut this location down before the state does. Why on earth hasn’t anyone audited them lately? Who should I contact to try and get that to happen, or how would I get a copy of their most recent PUBLIC/auditing reports."
