"Scheduling exams is a nightmare. Eventually you get an option to get called back within 24 hours, which never happens. A simple hip xray is done on a walk in basis. Multiple visits proved unsuccessful due to machine "broken" 3 days in a row? Next attempt was a 3 hour wait. All this has resulted in delay of care!"

"Go anywhere else!!!!! If you value your time, energy, and inner peace, stay away! The 2 ladies are very rude and had me wait around for an hour after my appointment time. They are a nasty, disgusting waste of space. Save yourself, help yourself, and drive a little farther to help yourself, ❤️"

"Just had head/brain MRI. Made appointment, check in was easy. Susie took me back, explained process and got started. She asked me at every step if I was OK. Told me when half way done. I would go back here again for other tests."

"The establishment overall I would give 3.5-4 stars. The reception staff is great. The office is very rundown, including rooms and bathroom walls etc. My Technitian I give two stars, it should probably be less. My obgyn (who is in high demand and I had been waiting 5 months for an appointment and to get this ultrasound) sent me here for an ultrasound. The Technitian was texting while she was doing the topical ultrasound, with the wand pressed into my abdomen (for which they require a very full bladder). She did this at least three times. She got the gel all over my pants and underwear, which she had pulled down to my pubic bone. She opened the door and told me I could go empty my bladder. She did this before I had even sat up, so the door was wide open with my pants down and a clear view to the reception room. When I came out of the bathroom she was on the phone passionately speaking in Spanish and I understood her a few times say “she is here…”. The man spoke passionately and loudly back on the other end in Spanish as she hung up. I asked if she was done with her phone (before beginning the internal ultrasound). I’ve never experienced this level of unprofessionalism in such an establishment and I hope no one experiences what I did."

"This has been by far one of the worst experiences ever! I have been waiting fo 2 hours to receive an X-Ray and not only am i in severe pain , but the receptionist Kim was extremely rude to me. Myself amongst 4 people were waiting and not once did she update me on my placement in line ,but she informed the two caucasian individuals as well as hispanic individuals whom were ahead of me. I am not sure why some people are in the Customer Service if they cannot treat everyone equally this is beyond frustrating!"
