"I had an appointment at 4:00pm and got there at 3:05 pm to be to that they cancelled my appointment because they couldn’t confirm my appointment. I never got a call or text to confirm anything. The receptionist said, you can wait until 4:00pm to see if the customer shows up if you want."

"Rude staff. Cancel appts without warning. Go somewhere else Coming back to this review after going to a different practice that I now highly recommend (Forward Dental). Village told me I had four cavities that I needed filled but now I understand I did not have any at all actually, they simply want to scrape away and fill at stains for what purpose? Money most likely, I am appalled at this dentist and sincerely recommend going elsewhere for care because they weren't kind or concerned about YOU, simply what can we make them pay for? Negative star review"

"The cleanliness of the place was fine, the staff was friendly. My first visit I was a little skeptical, but turned out to be ok. Second visit I'm comfortable, third time was a little nervous don't ask y but my nervousness was for a reason remind you only supposed to be getting fillings as she's doing it I wanted to stop in the process it was hurting i kept going point is 3 weeks later every thing om left side is sore and swollen teeth feels lose gums darks nose and ears are sore and they called Monday talking about my appointment I told them erase my number out there data I will never go back, right now I'm using"
