"I had a referral to this group from a clinic recommended by my insurance provider, called to make an appointment, was told that a person would get in touch to schedule, had to call them 3 weeks later to inquire about appointment, no record of my call or information or the referral sent directly to them, the office seemed to want to put up as many blocks to me being seen by them as possible, finally just told the person I'd find a different office, all I wanted was to have my condition investigated but only received rejection . . ."

"This review is specifically regarding my experience with Cham who took my call. I explained my circumstances, with the understanding that my doctor, Dr. Fang, is not available on Fridays and I was going out of the country on Monday. Not ideal. She made the judgement call that this warranted reaching out to the doctor rather than the medical assistant. Dr. Fang took the time to review the request while out of the office to provide an urgently needed Rx! Cham contacted me to let me know it was sent to my pharmacy. There are so many ways this could have ended poorly. Cham had the empathy to help me out of a very uncomfortable situation and the professionalism to meet a difficult timeline.
