"The stylist (first time seeing her) I had got agitated and a bit snotty with me because I asked her to go a little shorter and she says “ you said you wanted it like this”. I’m an older woman and a person dealing with people must have patience. To make conversation I asked why the lower back of my head’s hair is darker where the rest of my hair is white , so he said in a snotty voice “I don’t know”. I still have her a tip but now I wish I didn’t give her as much."
"I had a great stylist. I didn't really know how I wanted my hair style; She made great a recommendation for a good look. We also had a good conversation about video gaming systems for fun. I will return to have her style my hair! Rob"
"Fine place but despite checking in online I always have to wait 15/20 minutes after I arrive."
"Did a great job as usual. Very short wait time also. Were able to fit me and my son in at same time."
"Their “apprentice” cut my hair so poorly that I walked back in and had her fix it. The next day after feeling the back of my hair it was very clear she cut different lengths in patches. I went back again and was informed she was an apprentice and asked them to fix it. They did what they could, but most concerning was the 2nd individual kept saying it was a good haircut, and then told me that the back of my hair was not her fault and told me I have alopecia and should get it checked out by a doctor. I went somewhere else for the next cut, and funny enough, I don’t have alopecia!"
