"5 Star Dental visit. Was hands down the best visit that I have ever had. I was pampered - mini spa visit. I was very anxious about my extraction and my blood pressure was very elevated. The dental assistant placed me in a reclined dental chair. I was told to elevate my feet. I was brought a warm lavender Infused cloth to place over my face. I was given water in a glass/ crystal mug( not one of the plastic cups nearby) I was asked about my favorite music. I said Beyonce. They played Beyonce' s latest country album. Another assistant found an Essence magazine with Beyonce on the cover. I was given a stress ball. Boy, did I relax and enjoy my day at the spa/ dental office. My blood pressure came down and thr oral surgeon said during the procedure, if there was a problem, raise my hand. My extraction was fast. I am so very pleased with this practice. I had in in my mind to cancel this appointment. Kudos to this 5 Star Dental practice. They know customer satisfaction. I have never any treatment as close to this in all of the years that I have been going to dentist.Can not say thank you enough."

"I received at least 10 appointment reminders, arrived on time, yet had to wait half an hour before the hygienist was ready to do my cleaning. There was no explanation for the wait, and caused me to be late for work. I was asked if I wanted the dentist to examine me since I wasn’t experiencing any problems with my teeth. For over sixty years, my dentists have automatically examined my teeth during a cleaning, and no one explained why the dentist would not do an examination. Is it a billing issue? Nothing explained. I’m becoming disappointed with this practice."
