"I do not understand why every time my husband goes to get his teeth cleaned they say they can’t do an exam. Also he was leaving and they said he had a bill for 75.00 dollar bill. That was sick months ago and we never received a bill. We are think g of switching to another dentist."

"I scheduled an emergency appointment as I was having severe tooth pain and I couldn't get into my regular dentist as quick as they could. I arrived and was greeted right away by friendly staff and was seen quickly. They took some X-rays and I was seen by a dentist that isn't even listed on there website so I was taken back a little. She spoke to me for a few minutes poked around in my mouth and said that everything looks good and you should make an appointment with your regular dentist. I told her that I've been in pain for days but apparently she really didn't seem to care all too much. She brushed me off and after a whole 10 minutes I left still in pain with feeling empty. Needless to say I don't think I'll be back here. I'd rather deal with the pain and wait to see my normal dentist for some real answers."

"This dentist makes appointments and cancels them as convenient for them. Twice I have shown up and my kids appointments had been cancelled because I didn't call them to confirm appointments made 6 months earlier. They also change appointment times for their convenience and push appointments earlier in the day. My kids wouldn't have been out of school early enough to make it. I make an appointment that is convenient for our family and I show up for commitments."

"I have been going to Anderson Family Dental for some time now. Jen, my hygienist, is so nice, and accomodating. She is fast and efficient, talkative and caring. The dentists are awesome, and the staff is friendly. I have been to quite a few different dental offices in my past, and this has been the best experience that I have had hands down! I would (and have) recommend them to anyone."

"They are incredible! Not only is the waiting area beautiful and welcoming, but all of their equipment is new and comfortable... The staff are amazingly kind and nice. They even got me in on a Saturday an hour after I called. They know what they're doing and they're good at it. I won't be going anywhere else from now on."
