"This is the worst place to go to. There was a lady working there and she was so rude. They need to change the people that work there. She told us that next time we need to make a appointment because they don't have time for walk in . But the lobby only had 2 more people."

"The older male who works there is the rudest I've ever met. He has no compassion or cares towards any individual. His main concern was going home for the day. Came in late for my appt and when he asked if I had an appt I said yes then he said "but you're late so no you don't no more" . Smart talking with me. My dr didn't send my order and he told me they were closing and to call them outside. He has no care! Never again."

I will be escalating my complaints about you Vilda and my concerns overall to your leadership not just the manager on the floor who never came to the front desk to talk to me or any other patients you were publicly rude to!"

"Anyone who comes here ask for Letty. She was SO GOOD. I spent am hour earlier today trying to get my blood drawn at another clinic, but they couldnt find my vein so they sent me here. Letty started drawing my blood at 3:18, and I was back in my car by 3:25. She did one stick in, no digging to find my vein and had me in and out. The place is clean, and even though she was speedy, she still was thorough in getting my information and making sure it was correct. This was a great and fast blood draw experience because of Letty."
