"My daughter got tips done, while there told the technician that the French was not even and it the nails were filed too pointy which was also told to her. She kept looking down as to not be listening. We had to leave when done as it was homecoming. Called immediately when we left as I wanted them fixed and they said we can come in and get them fixed. To make matters worse, they started falling off two days later and within 4 days they were all off. Came in on the day they said to come in and they looked at her hands and said they won’t fix them."
