"I had high expectations for this place, but it didn't measure up. I won't be returning. With a thick and long beard, I usually like to keep it well-maintained, trimmed, and cleaned up. Unfortunately, my go-to barbershop isn't in this area, so I decided to give this place a shot. I asked for a beard trim, a neater look, and some thickness reduction, hoping they could line it up nicely. However, the entire process felt rushed, taking only 9 minutes, and the outcome was far from what I had envisioned. Instead of addressing the bushy part as I requested, the stylists seemed to run scissors through my beard hastily, creating uneven chunks everywhere. It was so poorly done that multiple sections were longer and sticking out, resulting in an untidy and scruffy appearance. When I got home, my wife was upset at the sight of it, and she had to spend an extra half-hour trying to fix the mess. It got to the point where it made more sense to shave the beard down to a scruff with hair trimmers and start fresh. I've been to better barbershops where the barbers take pride in their work, spending at least 30 minutes or more to clean up and shape my beard the way I wanted. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed, and I won't be giving this place another chance."
