"I would give 5 stars if I was just rating the phlebotomist. The office staff was very unprofessional. Literally every patient that came in struggled with the machines. The three ladies behind the counter were not helpful and seemed bothered. The phlebotomist was amazing. He was kind, helpful, engaging complete 180 from the ladies working in the front."

"The woman at the front desk was not someone I would ever want to have at a doctors office. Instead of giving me solutions to a mistake she just told me in so many words that I should have known and that there was nothing she could do. If that's the case how come no one called me before hand or the email didn't say I needed those things. I get she may have been having a rough day or maybe this a consistent thing that happens to her, but maybe come up with solutions instead of shutting a person down. I get not wanting to hand hold people because they should be able to do their own research, but something like ordering your own medical test is foreign to a lot of people. If I caught her on a bad day, I hope someone has a better experience tomorrow."
"I’m not sure why there are some of the negative reviews. I had such a good experience last Monday 7 am, as walk in, had to get same day blood results sent to my doctor in NY as I was visiting family in Anaheim Hills. Front desk Monique was super pleasant, even had to get special permission from supervisor, called me back to let me know that they were able to process same day. The technician who drew my blood was professional, wore a lab coat. Overall, one of the best LabCorp experiences."
