"every time I go here I leave thinking "well at least it'll look okay when it grows out". Not a compliment. Thankfully I have a sense of humor, after my last cut my friend said "I think your stylist is vision impaired" and honestly I think they're right given I gave a photo reference and got something entirely different, the back of my head is botched and uneven. I kept coming in due to the convenience of the location and price but no more. I spent months growing my hair out for a cute hairstyle and now am back to growing it out, pieces I had grown out SPECIFICALLY for the style I wanted were even chopped off. Stylist clearly knew she messed my hair up as she did not even ask if I wanted to see the back. Only go here if THEY pay YOU to cut your hair. Genuinely so bad I have to wonder if it was on purpose."

"Little mis hap with a haircut that was cut too short. No problem, I just mentioned it to the lady cutting my hair. She said well we won’t let that happen again trimmed up around my neck and said there ya go. Needless to say this haircut was even worse. Thank goodness hair grows back and there’s much more professional beauticians out there."

"Every time I try to get a haircut after work, their online check-in is already turned off so you can't tell them you're coming. It tells you to visit the store receive service. When you get to the store well before closing, they tell you they're booked up with one person being tended to. I don't know how they expect to keep any customers. I won't be going back as I've only been able to get one haircut in the last 10 attempts at this location."
