"My mom had a bad experience with MD Lab. The technician was incompetent and unprofessional. She came, poked my mom's both arms and couldn't get her blood test taken. I called to report the incident and they wouldn't even let me speak with the supervisor."

"I came here May 25th 2022 with my 4 year old son there were only 2 people ahead of us. I filled out the form with my personal information and the nurse made a copy of my DL and kaiser insurance card. Its May 31st and still no results and my child's school will not allow him to return without a negative test result. I'm contacting Kaiser today to notify them since their banner advertises they accept Kaiser insurance. Complete waste of my time. Feels like a scam operation."

"I went Lab around noon. Today My Experience was really awesome. There were 3 other people but staff was very organized in every step let us wait on corner after it was less than 7 min process. The Fastest PCR Test ever . Of course I have insurance card and order Ready"

"I have had 4 Covid PCR test done here as a Kaiser member & turn around was 18, 16 & 14 hours! Test results are emailed to you in a PDF which you can then email to your Kaiser Doctor! Today, 05/209/2022, I waited 5 minutes to get tested! Avoid line at Baldwin Park & use this Kaiser contact lab!"

"GO TEST AT THE FAIRPLEX, THEY GIVE RESULTS THE NEXT DAY! Went in for testing in early December. Needed a result for work. Was told I would be waiting 4-5 days for my results to be emailed to me. I never received an email, I had to call on the 5th day to see if my results were ready, turns out they had been ready after 48 hours. I was verbally notified, I requested my results via email and never received them. I had to get another test elsewhere to get results to return to work. They sure were quick to charge my medical insurance $1,735 (of which my insurance paid $1,500!!) for a COVID test but damn sure didn't do their job in notifying me of my results. Don't go here, they'll never send you your results. If it was for this place, I'd still be waiting."
