"Very disappointed with this branch management. they don’t have experienced phlebotomist for kids. I took my son for blood draw to this center and a phlebotomist attempted once to draw my son’s blood but she couldn’t do draw it.Phlebotomist refused to try one more time.No manager or other experienced person tried to help or attempt to do it. Will request physician to change the request to lab corp."

"We did not have an appointment, after completing my check in details at the kiosk as a walk in, we were called to the back in less than 5 minutes (which was great)! Natalie was amazing, very professional and super nice! Our 17 month old had to get his blood drawn and she did great with him. Stephanie another worker offered to help with the process. They both were singing along to the song we were playing to help distract, super sweet. Great job ladies, thank you!"

"I've had to go here a bunch of times during my pregnancy. I always make an appointment, so my wait times are usually 1-5 minutes. The staff is super helpful every time I go. I have troublesome tiny veins and they have had to work together on me to get my blood out at times, but they're really nice and make me feel at ease. Normally I would dread going somewhere to get my blood drawn, but I'm becoming a regular here and it's not bad. The office is clean and it's in a convenient location with plenty of parking."
