Lenneya went the extra mile to assist us in getting the blood work completed, even when faced with challenges at the Mission Viejo hospital location. It is this kind of exceptional service that makes this location my favorite, thanks to the high level of respect and professionalism displayed. "I get a little sick/nervous when I get blood drawn and today I went in fasting. Linae (not sure how to spell, but she said Lynn-A) was amazing and allowed me to lay down, she was patient and it seemed all 3 young ladies working there were very professional and kind to the patients. I will definitely use this location again."

"The staff is the nicest, I have to go there once a week and I love all the ladies that work here so much! Everything works out if you make an appointment which you need to do as a competent adult. Any complaints said about this office are just grumpy old people who have issues with their own insurance and can’t work a phone or have a problem with a company policy with Quest. Which has NOTHING to do with the kind phlebotomists that work there."

"My doctor ordered several labs to be completed through Quest. I’ve been nervous about the results, so I was more anxious and emotional than normal. I initially had an appointment at the Laguna Hills location and went in early to drop off a specimen because I wasn’t sure if it needed to be dropped off right away. The lady at the front desk was so rude that I left in tears and made an appointment at the Laguna Niguel location so I wouldn’t have to go back. Michael helped me at the Laguna Niguel location. He was so thorough and reassured me that, as his patient, I was important. He went above and beyond, when my full order wasn’t sent over. It really turned my morning around and I really appreciated it."

"I always come here to have my labs done. I showed up this morning (no appt) and they took me right back. The phlebotomist (Marlene) was beyond helpful and amazing . She was sensitive to the fact that I absolutely hate having my blood drawn and can’t look at needles going into my arm. After she was done she asked if I was ok seeing the vials of blood as she had to prep them for the lab. I cannot say enough positive things about this location . I was in and out in 10 min. The customer service here is excellent!"
