"I had a great experience coming here. The room looks and smells great and they have a TV where everyone can see the ultrasound. Unfortunately we weren't able to find out the gender the first time I went at 13 weeks but they rescheduled me for the following week. Jiselle did my ultrasound and was very kind and informative. She was also very patient since my baby had his legs crossed. I definitely recommend drinking a lot of water before coming. Also use Groupon, it's cheaper and you'll get a longer scan."

"That's right, we loved it. We had such a wonderful experience and definitely recommend Fetal Memories. It's a girl! I was not expecting all the patience we received. Our little girl wouldn't let us take a peak. We purchased the Groupon deal and I'm 100% sure it was well over 10 minutes as the packaged mentioned. The staff was very friendly. I loved it. "I wasted time and money just to hear a bunch of excuses as to why they couldn't get a good picture of my baby. I went the next day somewhere else and they did amazing. The lady here doing my ultrasound asked for help and the lady in the pink hair (head in charge she claims) said "well their's nothing we can do what do you want us to do" refused to help her tech was also rude to me on the phone. She still had the nerve to talk over me on the phone kept interrupting me and said "we actually went above and beyond for you" how when you didn't want to help and I paid for my service. I wanted to speak to the manager and she said she's never there. I rather take the$75 loss then go back for them to keep messing with my baby for no results. Please don't come here highly disappointed"

"Our first experience here was excellent! Every staff member was so kind and funny and sweet! We came at 12 weeks for a gender determination and were told we were having a baby girl confirmed by at least 4 of the techs who said they were very certain. My daughter was so thrilled, she really wanted a baby sister and we picked a sparkly pink unicorn to put the heartbeat recording in. Even saying bye to the staff was hard, they really treated us like family. Fast forward and my NIPT test comes in saying that I'm having a boy. Okay, no problem, maybe he was shy that day lol.. We were still overjoyed! I called to ask for a rescan since my friends said most ultrasound places give free rescans if they're wrong but when I called today, they told me they can rescan but if they see it's a girl again, they'll have to charge me another $35. Their website on the otherhand says free rescans during the week so I was really confused, maybe there's fine print somewhere that I didn't see? I'm a little heartbroken and disappointed; Orange is not close to where I live after my most recent move and wasn't close even back when I lived in Chino for the first ultrasound (and gas prices are insane) but I chose them solely based on reviews. I already had to return tons of baby girl items and give back clothes that were gifted to me so this was like... a salty cherry on top. I would still recommend this place because the staff is absolutely wonderful but I don't think I'd personally return after that interaction on the phone. On a bright note, at least my son will one day be able to laugh at his heartbeat in the glittery pink unicorn and his "It's a girl!" photos lol!"
