"Lady at front desk is definitely at the wrong job. She is condescending to patients and does not answer any questions from anyone. She just ask u what she wants to ask repeatedly ignoring your questions or concerns, kind of like a robot. Maybe a voice activated system would be alooooot nicer than her. She made this gentleman wait for over 40 min just to treat him like he was in the wrong picture is attached. I personally got move from a 1:00 appointment to a 2:30 because of a missing order that should have been in her files. When asked If there was anything she could do she quickly responded yes take the 2:30 appointment in a very condescending and disrespectful way. I then told her well I guess I’ll take it I don’t have much of a choice she then quickly responded yes you have choices you can leave and come in the back another day. I then told her that’s not very helpful. She then repeat it againWould you like to 2:30 appointment like some kind of machine robot. HonestlyThe worst receptionist I have ever encountered. She is more of the analytical back office type just keep her and her mood swings in the back office locked up doing paperwork. She has no business dealing with Patients directly. After you get Passed the thing they call receptionist. The staff is excellent unfortunately at this point this 1 star rating is only for the reception at front desk not the back office and staff they are all excellent friendly and professional they get five stars. Just get rid of the front desk receptionist and you’ll have a great team."

"The front receptionist at the desk (same person that answers phone) is so incredibly rude in person and on the phone. She is very short and will literally cut you off so rude and abruptly at everything you say. I purposely will sigh, slow down talking or pause when she does this. She has no care or manners. Makes me not even want to deal with this place. Not to mention, the U/S tech we had was very monotone, rude and somber. I would ask general questions and she was very firm that she can't answer anything. I get it, but be a little nicer."
