"One lady here was super rude. I got two order numbers but only booked one in and I didn’t quite understand the process but she only questioned me if I refused one of the checks. I said I may need to call the doctor she said then they can’t do that today for you which is a lie. Later on they booked the other one in for me. And all the doctors orders are not going to their system or they are not checking at all to help … all in all the system should work better here and humans here should be more patient"

"The customer service here is horrible. The front desk on the 2nd floor, won't even look at you when asking you something.(heavy set Hispanic woman) I sat down and waited for my appointment. I heard the front desk on the phone with a patient and I could not understand her tone and rudeness. I came in for a mammogram. Its ackward enough to have to come in for this procedure. The two techs that were there when I came in were not welcoming or friendly at all. During my procedure I was asked to face the tech. Our faces were inches away! I wish I would have known I would have worn a mask. Not just because of covid but simply because we were too close. She had just returned from lunch and had onion or some strong herbs! Unprofessional and bad customer service. Mammogram was pretty painful. I've had these done before, they have never been this painful! I didn't feel they had any consideration of my time. They took their time to call me and another patient in. I was asked to come in 20 minutes early. I did, during my lunch! I wasn't called in until 35 minutes later. I hope management sees these reviews and makes a difference."

"I'm writing this for my wife that went to get a biopsy done here. They did the procedure and didn't even prescribe her antibiotics for infection she called a few days later because she had a black and blue ball that avouisly was infected they told her to go to her doctor. I will never let my wife set foot in that clinic ever again. Ladys be careful."

"Made my appointment well in advanced only to be told the week of there was no one available for my appointment after I filled out all their paperwork. I had to call them to reschedule. When I called there was nothing available for over a month. Don't waste your time here."

"I love that I was able to get a dexa and 3D mammo on the same day. I called other radiology facilities, and no other one was able to do it. Understandably, I needed to wait for 2 months for both schedules (dexa and mammo) at to align, but totally worth it if it is difficult to take time off work to get your radiology studies done."
