"I would like to make this comment about my experience, a month ago my appointment was at 8:00am, and accidentally I arrived 45 minutes late, and due to being late I had to reschedule. Today I arrived at my appointment time, after 5 minutes paper work I had to wait almost one hour, exactly 50 minutes to be called for X Ray. A few people came after me and got in before me, when I got in I noticed that the operator person arrived at 8:00 and was walking back there off and on seeing him from the window. The office was not that busy early morning but I didn’t understand why they kept me waiting in the reception room for 50 minutes. Why they didn’t schedule me at 8:30 am instead of 7:40 am. They should respect the patients time and rights. Thank you for the opportunity to make comments and hopefully will prove your service."

"I Went in today for my bone density test. They were cordial, clean and quick in calling me in for my appointment. The office is tidy and clean and not crowded. I asked them to forward my results also to my primary care doctor and she was quick to look him up and follow through on my request"
