"I see a lot of people put two stars. Reason for 5 stars I make my appointments I never had any problems or issues at all. All staff in front desk are very nice and sweet. And the people in the back that draw your blood are very sweet Tanny was very sweet People make your appointments on line and trust me you won’t have any issues at all. Make your life easy and be happy life is to short."

"On 6/13/23, the Filipino lady in the front desk LIED to me saying they accepted my health insurance Cigna, but they didn't and I got charged $439 in the bill of which two of the claims were duplicated. She was also RUDELY AND PURPOSELY ignoring people waiting along with the staff. UNPROFESSIONAL. I had an appointment at 8:30 am and i had to wait over an hour because they were verifying my health insurance. A lot of people had the same appointment at 8:30am and came after me, were able to get tested before I did. This company would to anything to get your money. AVOID."

"Was nervous going here because of the reviews & I was pleasantly surprised how efficient everything turned out. Made appointments online. We walked in, checked in on the tablet, front desk verified info. We sat down for about 5 minutes then we were called up for our lab work. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. It was a breeze. Front desk / phlebotomist were nice, efficient and professional. The place can look a little nicer if they had some better lighting & maybe plants to give it some life. All in all I would recommend it."

"I was upset during my visit. The workers did a great job however my issue was the receptionist. She was rude to elderly people. She did not help a man check in with the tablet, she instead yelled at him telling him “it’s not that hard to figure out.” She also yelled at another older man because he misheard something. Her attitude with me was okay but the way she was with older people is unacceptable. They need help , you can’t expect 80/90 year old men know how to work a “check-in tablet “ and have no patience with them. The keyboard also grossed me out, you can tell they don’t wipe down around their work stations ."
