"I scheduled an MRI, and got 3 calls about rescheduling, in which I did. They called the next day and said to reschedule again. The issue is that you're not speaking to anyone in the office, they call from call centers out of the country, and are extremely difficult to understand. If you try to call, you again get the call center. I would avoid this company if you can. Edit- They reached out to me from the office, and were very helpful and friendly, the staff there was also great- I just wish when you call them, it would go directly to them and not a call center."

"The front office staff was very helpful and professional. They copied my past scans for comparison to my scan done at their facility. The front office staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The woman who did my ultrasound was also professional and friendly. She was fast and efficient. She checked her scams against my scams from the past to make sure she got everything. I was in and out in no time and I was very happy with my experience."

"There is no building number all around the building I kept going in circles trying to find this building. I went out to the hospital to ask a couple medical staff where this building was and with a distasteful reply they said it's the white building at front. I spent my gas to come all the way out here looking for this freakin place for them to cancel my appointment as soon as I arrived FINALLY!!!! I circle the whole área so many times looking for that darnos building number!!!! The parking structure had a visual number but NOT the actual building where Wave Imaging is located."
