"The receptionist at the front desk are extremely rude disorganized and lack communication skills. No one explains any procedure the tech that did my scan was unable to answer any type of question no one explained anything about the procedure. They also canceled an appointment last minute which forced me to have to reschedule multiple appointments as a scan was very important to my treatment. When the receptionist answers the phone while I was sitting there she immediately just puts people on hold to discuss her lunch plans then continue to complain about the phone ringing off the hook if you would answer calls or return messages people wouldn't have to call so many times. Whoever runs this company needs to reevaluate their hiring process. I'm assuming it's not the greatest place to work based on the quality of the employees they already have."

"Jimmy was my MRI technician. He made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. I was having a full spine MRI which takes 45-60 minutes. (Along time to be perfectly still) His professionalism and kindness was above and beyond any other person I have met in the medical field. The ladies at the check in were also very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend UMI Huntington Beach."

"These receptionist are awful playing games with your health. I was physically there to get a cd copy of my mri and girl at the front said I needed appointment which I was not aware since my dr didn’t tell me a I needed. Anyhow she said I had to wait since there were people ahead of me which is fine I waited. Finally my turn she gave me the paper I needed to sign to petition the cd copy she said it would take 3 days I called after the 3 days and they told there was no petition for the copy that I needed to wait another 3 days and make a new one. How can these people still have a job after all these negative reviews and awful service. The worst part is I know she did it up purpose cause my dr had called her to tell her why it would take 3 days since at most it takes 1 for cd copy of your mri. So I know she purposely didn’t put the order so I had to wait even longer."
