"I’ve been getting my labs done at quest for many years. Usually I go to a quest location and they usually have ridiculous wait times, even with an appointment. For about a year now, I’ve been going to this location and have been pleasantly surprised, I am in and out of there in a timely manner and the phlebotomist is always super friendly. Special thanks to Matthew. He was very friendly and a ray of sunshine on this Valentine’s Day."

"I went there after looking on line , of the 4th closest to my house, No where did it say by appt. only. I drove across town with my grandson in tow. The place was Empty. No one there but the tech. , , sitting , reading. She asked me if I had a appointment, I said no. She said she can't do it if I don't have an appointment. There was no one else there. I said there's no one else here, she said she couldn't do it without an appointment. It said no where on your site, by appointment only."

"This is the worst experience I had , the was very rude , I was waiting With my elderly parents for more than 30 minutes and she kept ignoring us no one was there except us no need for the weights I walked to her after 30 minutes and I asked her if it’s going to be longer she looked at me and she answered me in a rude way and she said ( you have to sign in first ) which I did and I told her that, then she made me wait another 10 minutes this is our calling on my parents, she was rude in the whole process and giving us bad attitude. I’ve been taking my whole family there I’m gonna make sure none of them will go there ever again."

"I came to do the 3 hour glucose test for gestational diabetes. I walked in early and they were very friendly and accommodating. I saw the bad reviews and was hesitant but I’m so glad I gave them a chance. Shelitha and Priscilla really took really great care of me. Made me feel at home."
