"While the study was conducted promptly, a concern arises from the fact that the Radiologist was not present in the room. The Technician performed the examination without any supervision from a Doctor during the process. Additionally, there were instances of unethical, unprofessional behavior and conversations from the Radiologist. However, it's worth noting that this behavior might have been influenced by false information from a third-party Doctor who referred me, along with the misinformation provided by them. I want to acknowledge that it's not entirely the clinic's fault, but rather primarily attributed to the inaccurate information provided by the referring Doctor. This raises concerns about bias in their procedures and treatment methods."

"I needed to schedule two ultrasounds and an X-ray per my doctor’s orders and this came up as the closest facility to me. When I called, I was immediately greeted with a really friendly and knowledgeable associate who made booking the appointment incredibly fast and easy. She also offered me all the necessary info to prepare (i.e., the fasting, the water intake, the doorbell to enter, the check in time). That all made the experience less daunting. The day of was no different. I was greeted so politely and the check in was professional and quick. Even with the other patients that had come in around the same time as I. The ultrasound went so smoothly and the woman who was administering it was very friendly and engaging, which made it less anxiety inducing and uncomfortable. She explained what was happening step by step before, during, and after the fact so that I never felt out of the loop or unaware. When I went to the next room for the X-ray, my experience was no different. Singh (I am not sure if I spelled their name correctly) was unbelievably friendly, gentle, and kind. I emphasize these qualities here at this facility because it’s so unbelievably important and becoming increasingly rare (especially in healthcare) to find these necessary traits and I was so grateful to have had such a comforting and caring environment for this tests. Singh was super gentle and even made sure I got to the door comfortably and the whole team just made the experience an overall perfect one. I highly recommend this facility for your imaging needs!"

"Don't know what happened with the previous review however every single time I have been to this facility they have been more than gracious and helpful. I've had a lot of problems medically in the last couple of years and every single time has been nothing but a great experience, front staff is always friendly. MRI, X-ray and CT scans always done professionally and quickly. I'm sorry the previous person had bad things to say. But personally I would recommend everybody and anybody including my family and friends to come to this facility."
