"I have had an awful experience with Doctor Wagner and team, the dentist was inexperienced and was unable to navigate an invisalign treatment, it became evident that doctor lacked the expertise after i spent over a year undergoing treatment, with buttons falling off 30 minutes after each appointment, restarting treatment multiple times. Even after informing the doctor she was completely unable to provide an explanation and lacked the basics of patient care etiquette, she ultimately told me i should seek out another provider because there’s nothing she can do, if she was unable to solve the problem she could saved me the time and effort with a referral to a more competent doctor. Overall horrible experience, unethical and feel very neglected do not reccomend the doctor or this office!!"

"The assistant was very knowledgeable. She educated me in everything she was doing. Keeping me informed all along the way. The dentist was also very informative during my root canal and I didn’t feel as much pain as previous dental treatments."

"My husband was seen here for a new patient appointment to establish care. They ended up taking a radiograph (PAN x-ray) that my husband was not eligible for and sent us a bill for the image. When I called and asked them to write off the x-ray because we could have had the PAN transferred from his previous office the woman refused and said it wasn’t her office’s responsibility to look up what X-rays my husband was eligible for. I was shocked (I worked at a dental office and I know how easy it is to look up a patient’s eligibility - I did it all the time) I also told them that none of this was explained to my husband and no one asked if he had X-rays taken at a previous office when he originally scheduled the appointment- to which the woman responded “The appointment was back in June so I can’t be sure what was said during his appointment.” The response I got was basically “not my problem”. The whole experience was super disappointing considering it costs them basically nothing to take a digital X-ray. Needless to say, we will be taking our business to a more honest and ethical establishment ."

"The dentist and hygienists were nice, and did excellent work. However beware of the office personnel. I paid in advance for services not covered by insurance then discovered they way overcharged in the pre-payment and then refused to give overpayment back. Based on my experience…Watch your EOB statements from insurance and be ready to fight them with grievances and complaints until you get your own money back. Not very honest or ethical office staff. And it’s a shame as the dentists and hygienists are really awesome."
