I have bought tires for my 2004 Explorer, had multiple things fixed on my 2010 Prius after an automobile accident, and have also taken my vehicle to Fickau for other items that needed to be fixed. I contacted Mike at Fickau Service Center and he took care of a difficult problem for me replacing a damaged diesel exhaust tip that was corroded onto the tail pipe of my vehicle. The tip literally had to be cut, pried, and hammered off. The job was done in less than an hour at a very reasonable cost and a new exhaust tip was installed. This service center will treat you respectfully and with the highest degree of honesty that I have experienced. You can trust Fickau Service Center to do excellent work on your vehicles at reasonable prices. I can't say enough good about this business. A+++"
