"Wonderful employees. Very friendly and do a very good job. Atmosphere is also very nice as you can watch sports while getting a cut. Not to mention you can get a massage, great place for a haircut and to relax."

"4 very terrible customer service issues happened during this visit: 1. The stylist didn't apologize to my child while he was crying in front a crowd of people in the waiting area after she chopped off all of his beautiful curls when he asked for a trim. 2. We were lectured by the stylist who blamed my son for saying okay to her using a clippers, when he didn't know the difference between a clippers and a trimmer. 3. We were still charged for the haircut. 4. The manager didn't address the issue while we were still in the store, and was too busy to come to the phone when we called shortly after we left the store. This is the worst sports clips I have ever been to. The stylist completely trimmed off all of my kid's permed hair while he was crying in the chair. This person is the most irresponsible and inappropriate hair stylist I've ever seen. And she took absolutely no responsibility! She said, "How do you like it?" as my kid is crying in the store. And, still made me pay for the haircut. Apparently, this stylist dislikes Asians. Worst place ever. We just returned home and noticed his sideburns have a 1cm difference in length. What?! UNBELIEVABLE!!"

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and their professionalism and courtesy made me feel right at home. "We went online to get my son on the wait list, we arrived at the recommended time. We only had to wait about 5-10 minutes before my son was called to the chair. I forgot what the woman's name was who cut his hair but she called me over to make sure I was happy with the length before she proceeded. She was thorough and did a nice job, very professional. I was impressed for a busy Saturday morning that everything went so smoothly, we will be back! Thanks again!"
