"Worst medical office and I didn’t even get service by it. The office lady calls, I was on phone and couldn’t answer. You would think that the proper way is to leave message. The person makes multiple calls repeatedly trying to annoy the receiver. I call back but no one answers and it’s answered by automated system. Once again because the person didn’t leave message I don’t know what the call was about. Finally I was able to answer the call, the persona calling is very demanding and ordering. I told that I’m not aware of the schedule appointment and told that I would check back and get back to you the office lady who called said I the possible future customer/patient was rude. I’m very glad that I didn’t get service by this facility. It’s all about customer service should try to be more polite and gentle instead of ordering and demanding."
