"After reading the bad reviews, I was bracing myself for a bad experience, or at the very least, a long wait time. But I got quite the opposite! I decided to pay for parking (which is $4 per 20 minutes or a $16 maximum) which was easy and worth it in the area, because it's a big building near Koreatown and DTLA. You could maybe find a meter and walk across the street, but the parking garage was quick, easy and close to the office, just on the 2nd floor, so the cost was worth it. I arrived at 11:45 for a 12pm appointment. There was an automated check-in kiosk that I was worried would be confusing, but it was super fast and easy to use. It even scanned my ID and insurance card without any issues. There were maybe 10 other people in the waiting room. It was clean and simple and they had a video screen showing how many people were checked in and waiting for the next hour. The woman taking my blood was kind, professional and, thank god, fast! I told her I can get lightheaded, so she chatted with me while she drew the blood and helped distract me. She got me some water afterwards and let me sit for as long as I wanted to. Turns out I didn't need to stay for long, as she really did help me feel fairly relaxed. Still, she said it was no trouble and I could sit and have more water if I needed to. Her sweetness was really appreciated. All in all, with check in, wait time and getting my blood drawn and then verifying information with her afterwards, I left just about 5 minutes after 12pm, my original appointment time. I couldn't believe it! I'm grateful for the staff and their efficiency. I hate getting my blood drawn but this office, at least when I was there, was working like a well-oiled machine, and that helped me feel taken care of."

"My personal experience here was fantastic. I showed up right on time for my 9am appointment, and I was called back by Noami within 2 minutes. She was very patient about an issue with the orders from my doctor's office, and she helped resolve it. The blood draw itself was quick and painless, and she had great beside manner considering I have a history of passing out. I'll be asking for Noami by name the next time I come. Parking was $12 in the 1127 Wilshire building for the time my appointment took, which was a bit longer than normal due to the issues with my doctor's orders."

"I had my own share of mixed experiences at various Quest locations as I was misled a multiple times, but Naomi and Angela from this Quest office were extremely helpful and provided me with the right information. They provided excellent service with TLC. You should always make an appointment before visiting any Quest offices. I highly recommend going to this location and would definitely rely on Naomi and Angela with my appointments. Thanks Angela and Naomi!"

"Made an appointment through the app just 30 minutes prior to my visit and was pleasantly surprised by how fast I was seen upon arrival. The person who took my blood was stellar. It was a big needle and I had no pain whatsoever."

"Minding my own business, I go to wait for a girlfriend at an outside patio. There's two high quality climbing ropes hanging next to the door. So out I go to peer to the top of the sixteen story building. Much to my surprise I spy "Nick Danger", (I'm not making that up) washing about one window each five minutes for $30 an hour. Someone is seriously under paid!"
