A.D. Nails

"Edited: It's a shame that I have to edit this review because I struggle to find a nail salon close to me that I could go to . For over a year I've gone there and have experienced poor customer service on more than three occasions . When walk-ins come in all attention is placed on those people, but not for appointments like me . Most times I feel like the tech is not giving me his full attention but is looking to hurry me up and do the next one . As a matter of fact one particular time six to seven women came in for mani/ pedis, and he had the audacity to tell me I should come back later that night so he could help with those who walked in! And I had an appointment! Yesterday was the last straw. I made an appointment, I arrived perfectly on time, and he was doing a fill on someone. He saw me did not ask that customer to move and start on my appointment and yet there were three techs walking around doing nothing! I don't deserve to be treated like this and I refuse to go back."

"I would give this place a zero star review if I could. I went in for a dip manicure and sat for 30 minutes scrubbing my nails while everybody else was helped around me. How long am I supposed to scrub my own nails? I did it for 25 minutes and I told them that, and they still insisted on my scrubbing longer Once I told them, I no longer wanted to get another color it seemed like everybody had an attitude with me. My nails and fingers are raw from the acetone before I even left my nail tech was onto the next guest, why couldn’t I get the same service? Do not come here"

"I’ve had a love hate relationship with AD nails. Pedicures have always been fine the times I’ve gotten them done. For awhile I was just getting gel nails and they seemed to chip very quick. Decided to switch over to acrylic as my nails are kind of weak anyways and so far so good. I would recommend working with with Jackie, Don, or Alice! I’ve gotten 3 French tip sets in a row and so far Alice is my favorite. I know a lot of people like working with Jackie and I’ve seen Don do designs and things. Jackie has done a pedicure for me, have not worked with don personally though. Definitely will stick with Jackie as the other two French sets were a little uneven and bumpy and the thicknesses weren’t the same. I know they have some new people learning but I work a job where I like to have my nails perfect, Makes you look more put together! Will be sticking with AD nails!"

"First time here, and I had such a great experience! Emily was so kind and had great energy. She gave me exactly what I wanted (2 different dip colors). Definitely will be coming back for future appointments!"

"Best place to get nails done. I have my acrylic nails for over 3 months and none of my nails broke. I get refills done. David is the best nail stylist there. Any design I requested he did and it looked fantastic. The place is clean and organized. Nail techs are super nice and friendly! I would recommend this nail studio"
