"Went in today to get my standard haircut. Normally Im not the one to fuss over a sub par haircut, but today was bad. Short on the sides and back blended into the top that I keep about 2 inches. No product. The lady that cut my hair does not know how to listen and tries to force her style on clients. First off nothing was cleaned from the previous customer. Maybe she used completely new utensils but I doubt it. Didnt blend one side and left it all sorts of different lengths. Put wax in my hair and styled it worse than any bed head Ive ever woke up with. She was too busy talking to the other stylists to care about the customer in her chair. She said she only works there part time and after today I understand why"

"First time I went here i had a good experience, so i came back hoping to get the same person. This time the lady that did my hair didnt seem to care and seemed annoyed that she has to be there and provide a service. She spent less than 10 mins on my hair. Didnt clean up around my ears, the left side looks ok at best but the right side is muffed, dosent match the left, there is a very visible hard line where she didnt blend properly. No effort was put in to blend my sideburns. She also seemed too concerned with what the younger lady was up to. (she was cleaning) Some consistency in this industry would be great."

"Well I tried to use this service again. Actually like two of the stylists that work there. I showed up 40 min before close no other customers around and was they did not have enough time to help me. Online check in is said 3 min wait, I saw 2 two stylists standing around one sweeping and a counter person. Nope, Not going to help you! Maybe someone, who had an appointment would still show up and heaven forbid someone stay a couple minutes after close. Never going back too many other choices around."
