"Made an appointment to have my hair cut and shampooed. I arrived early to the appointment and was confused as to why they were cutting my hair first and didn’t shampoo first. When i asked, the stylist said she doesn’t have time and is trying to fit a non-appointment customer so I will just have to be fine with only a cut. After requesting just a trim of my hair (about 1-2 inches), I got roughly 4-5 inches cut off, which I didn’t see until it was too late, as well as the front of my hair being uneven with each side (left side vs right side of the front). It was a rushed service and wasn’t even there for 10 minutes."
"I was referred to Vanessa after getting a pure disaster of a dye job. She was caring and walked me through what she thought was best for my goal and my hair. She was able to not only able to get rid of the harsh lines but worked towards my original color I wanted. I am so happy I found her!!! Called my daughter and she was able to get an appointment right away. No one will be coloring my hair from now on!!!"
