"I saw the bad reviews and knew what I was in for but when you have medi-cal you don't get much choice in the matter. The only good thing I can say about it is that the place is clean. As many people have said, getting ahold of them is a nightmare. And when I finally did get ahold of someone she was incredibly rude for no reason! In person I've never seen staff members be so blatantly obvious about hating their job. Just the most drab people I've ever met which is extra unpleasant when you're anxious for a test you've never done before. The worst part of it all though is their punctuality. I checked multiple times how long this test would take. They said an hour and a half. I'm like okay cool that's fine whatever. But then the nurse didn't arrive to the office until like a half hour after my appointment time. There was just no one there. We sat there just waiting. Then once she finally got there there was more waiting, she made several phone calls while we sat in the waiting room. Finally she takes my food back to get the radioactive material put into it by the technician, and you guessed it there was more waiting. This whole thing took so long that from start to finish we were there from 12:15 (appointment was at 12:30) to 3:30. DOUBLE THE TIME THEY QUOTED ME. And now I'm late to work because of this! I'm pissed! These people should not be in business."

"I was scheduled for 7:30 appointment but they prompted me to be at the location BY 7PM I arrived exactly at 6:47pm patiently waited. It’s now 7:50 after I address the receptionist “KEVIN” he stated that my appointment was actually scheduled for 7:45 and that I was going to be called in “soon” Supervisor RADI - you have very unprofessional staff, that cannot HONOR timing and poor service management."

"BEWARE! TLDR; Dishonest staff stole my boyfriend's ring that he's owned for over 40 years while he was getting an MRI at this location, then proceeded to lie to his face as to its whereabouts. My boyfriend was required to remove all jewelry for his MRI appointment, so you would think that the staff would be respectful. Not the case at this location, as when he returned to his things, he found one of his favorite (and should I add, very distinctive) rings that he's owned for decades gone. Several staff members were evasive and dodged any questions as to where it went. If you're going to need patients to remove their belongings, it's basic standard operating procedure to have a SAFE place for them to stow them. It should also go without saying that you do not hire dishonest employees with light fingers. It's beyond reproachable to prey upon regular people just trying to take care of their health! Disgusting and inexcusable. If you wish to avoid legal repercussions, I suggest you get in touch right away to resolve this situation. Attached are photos of the ring in question. These rings are not sold anymore and are incredibly distinctive."

"Voicemail is ALWAYS full. I’ve been standing outside for 30min waiting for someone to show up so I can make an appointment. I’ve been calling for weeks. Here on a Saturday and it’s 3:15 when their sign says open from 8am-5pm ON A SATURDAY. This type of irresponsible facility is what back tracks someone that is trying to get their life together to make this world a better place. You want to better the economy? Then, help the people that are the only ones able to help everyone else out so you can continue having a job. No sign no organization no communication. This back tracks especially lower incomes and the people wanting to do better things for themselves and their families. Do you need more staff to help answer the phone? If you do, COMMUNICATE!"
