"Dissatisfied with the front desk clerks. After informing me there was a problem with who was paying. I called my doctors office let them discuss the issue and 2 hours later no one said a word to me. Was it resolved? How much longer will I have to wait? Nothing. Not saying a word as she was leaving she could have mentioned someone else would be helping me. Nothing. Bad communication and awful service. Imaging technicians were terrific, personality, common courtesy. They were fast and nice. 3 hours was too long to wait for a 10 minute xray"

However that was not the case and they should let people know that you have to drive in a little more to come in."
