"My girlfriend has gone here the last 6 months and each time a different outcome. You may get a good set of nails, but more than likely, a bad set that will only last 3-5 days before chipping apart. She’s not hard on them they just don’t last. When it is brought up to them, it’s her fault or they say her nail bed is too weak, but when they crack on the sides of the nail, it’s not the nail bed but instead, not enough acrylic. Would rather pay more for a good solid set of nails than keep paying for a cheap set of nails that just break away."

"Tried booking an appointment for 3 and had a terrible interaction on the phone. Still ended up miscommunicating on the time & the shop was packed. Cash only but you can use their ATM. After saying we were okay we were followed, yelled at, and she slammed the door behind her. We went to the new Goodwill next door and do not regret it at all! Way better use of our money."

"I've tried this place 2 times. Both times, after I left, I had to go home and file my own nails from all the sharp edges they left. I just don't feel they're up to par, sorry but that's my opinion. They also just don't make you feel very welcome. All I wanted was to have my dip nails removed and get a regular manicure, and the man that did my nails never could even look me in the eyes all he kept doing was looking out the front window and when I got home one of my nails broke off completely."

"I was excited to use somewhere local so I decided to come to Elite. I have been growing my real nails using dip. The man who did my nails seemed nice. I told him I wanted to soak off old dip. He said no so I trusted him. He began to file off my dip burning me a few times with the electric file. I asked him to cut them a little and make them square twice. Then he did the dip in three layers. Today my nail is already broken and I truly want to cry. I will never try somewhere new again. If this let's me post pictures of my lopsided nails I will."
