"I had a coupon and at checkout, I found out that one of my items would not qualify for it. I was not upset about that because I saw something while in line that would have interested me. I was a few cents short. They were trying to add a pencil sharpener for four dollars onto my sale without even asking me if that was something I wanted! Everyone is really friendly here, but I think they need to spend a couple more seconds considering the customer's purchase. I wanted a hair oil originally which was not only in the wrong place in the store, but was not included in the deal. I get that, but why not try and find me one that is? Save the sale mentality much? I would have been fine if they wanted to upsell me on a more expensive product to make me qualify for the coupon again. Instead, it was easier for them to just try and tack on some random item I did not even want."

"So, I was there today to stop in and do an hour make up tutorial. I did a session with Kyra with the Mac products and let me tell you what she was absolutely amazing. She was about to take break and instead of taking her break she stayed and helped me learn how to properly apply makeup. Kyra was sweeter then pie !! Kyra is just so kind and professional. I didn’t feel like I was to stupid for not knowing how. Please hire more people like Kyra. It was an absolutely blessing to spend and hour and a half doing my makeup with her. Seriously was one of the best experiences I’ve had at an Ulta before. PLEASE GIVE KYRA A RAISE!! ❤️"

"At first I wasn't enjoying my first time in the store. I recently got my hair done and was recommended what brand of shampoo/conditioner as well as where to get it. I walked on the store and was greeted with a smile which is nice. I then walked to the back of the store and looked at the back wall there was sooo many options and stood there for a while trying to decide. I probably stood back there for atleast 15 minutes and was never approached for assistance. When I finally got to the check out I was greeted by a woman with an amazing vibe the just put a smile on my face! She informed me about the rewards program and all the perks! She made signing up so easy and checkout felt very fun. I wish I could remember her name so she could get the recognition she deserves. She was about 5"3 and blonde with a few ear piercings. Thank you for making my experience a good one!"
