"The technician is completely incompetent. I told him the referral is for a thoracolumbar image, but he keeps trying to do a thoracic x ray. I know because they did it wrong the last time, and the doctor had to send me back again to get the correct one. The tech still won’t do it correctly. After arguing that there is a difference between thoracic and thoracolumbar, he told me to operate the machine myself, because he doesn’t know what is a thoracolumbar he only does thoracic or lumbar."
"I had an appointment for a Mammogram at 11:10am today. However, one of the staff put my record in front of the door without any action. One lady was waiting in front of me. I had been waiting for 20 minutes but the door was not open. I asked one of the staff “ If there was somebody inside?” The staff knocked on the door and only then the technician come out. If the staff had not knocked on the door I would have been waiting forever. When I started the mammogram she did not explain anything she was doing and she just grabbed me and started swinging me around the machine. They made me feel very uncomfortable and awkward just standing there half naked. Compared to other facilities that I have been to, the staff here were very forceful, unempathetic, and rude. I would definitely not recommend coming here for tests that leave you feeling as vulnerable as a mammogram or any other examination for that matter. They need to educate some of their staff on bedside manner to prevent situations where they start ripping the gown off of you without a word and treating you like some sort of prisoner."

"Ms. Gina Lim, she is warm and really kindly helps me. I think she is the best employee in this hospital. But I don't know his name who makes me revisit for X-ray. He doesn't say sorry to me. I have to get one more time X-ray. What's happened to me? Nobody Know that."
