"My daughter & I have gone to Michelle for trims a couple other times & were happy with our hair. Then a little over 2 weeks ago, we had our hair trimmed on a snowy day & went there earlier at her request. I noticed a few days later that Michelle had cut my hair crooked/shorter on one side. I usually wear my hair up everyday in a claw clip so I hadn’t noticed sooner. I called Michelle today and explained my situation. I asked her if I could stop by her salon one day so she could look at the sides of my hair. She asked when the appointment was & told me that her policy is that she could have only helped me if I called her the same day of my hair cut or the day after. Unfortunately, I was too late to call her! She asked me if I wanted to make an appointment for another hair cut instead. I am so upset. I don’t need to pay for another trim, I just need to have my hair looked at and simply fixed (at no charge!) Both my dad & sister are hair stylists in CT & NY. My dad has his own business and my sister works on her own. They both advised me to call & ask her. When you are a business and you provide a service, you should be able provide great customer service. My daughter and I are not going back there again!"
