"Called to ask a question about towing a truck and was very rude on the phone, do not recommend. I called to find out if he had the type of truck that would act like a dolly as the truck would need to be lifted up in the front as to not wreck the the transmission, because if it was winched up on a flatbed, we wouldn’t be able to get the truck off and he very rudely said don’t tell me how to do my job."

"Fantastic service! Out turkey hunting off the back roads of Dane Co on a cold sleety day & my dad’s truck decided not to start. Called Trollway as Mt Horeb was the closest community. Answered immediately and even though no trucks were currently available and he wasn’t sure he’d be able to get to it that day, he wrote down our location and that of the mechanic I wanted it towed to. A few hours later I got a text message confirming the truck had been towed and the key left with the mechanic. Professional, helpful and understanding. Would use them again in a hot minute."

"My wife slid off of my driveway into a ditch while meeting another car. Our driveway has a steep hill and gets pretty icy. We have lived here 20 years and have never had a problem going up and down the hill with all wheel drive vehicles. I met the tow truck driver where the car was stuck. He had called my wife and told her it would be $500.00 to $800.00. He walked down the hill to his truck and said to me that people that don’t salt their driveways are nuts. He then said to call somebody else and drove away.. I called my neighbor to come up and take a look at my predicament. We went to his house and got a shovel and a 6ft 2x10. With 5 minutes of shoveling and a minute to put the 2x10 under the right front wheel we backed the car out of the ditch. Maybe the tow truck driver was having a bad day but I found him to be very unprofessional and rude. I gave them one star for arriving promptly."

"We broke down in Madison over an hour from home with our 79 lowered classic car, which required a flat bed trailer, and after 2 hours of phone calls and no luck we called this place that a family member suggested and he was so helpful and headed our way to tow us home! We were so grateful! He was very friendly and experienced in loading our low profile car safely onto the tow truck! Highly recommended!"
