"Waste of time. I went in to see Dr. Tyler for some cosmetic reshaping dental work, which I specifically indicated at the time of making my appointment. He first offered his personal opinion of "they look good the way they are" (which I didn't ask for).... then finally his professional opinion that braces are necessary. My appointment was to discuss reshaping, not braces. If he was uncomfortable doing what I wanted, I wish he would have refused and sent me on my way. Instead, he "referred" me to an ortho, where I then wasted more of my time and theirs while they advised they do not perform reshaping of teeth. I could sense Dr. Tyler's discomfort as he awkwardly rambled about how my teeth looked "aesthetically pleasing" so I even flat out asked him if I should go elsewhere. He insisted he would do it, only after I see an ortho. The ortho had no idea why I came to see them... Edited a few weeks later to add: I received a letter in the mail from Mukwonago Family Dentistry advising I would no longer be accepted as a patient due to a “conflict of interest.” I can only assume they saw my honest review and chose to respond in the most pitiful way possible. As if I would ever give them my business again anyway! Very sad."
