"I havent been to a dentist since I was 21 years old in California. Previous to that last time I seen a dentist is when I was 13 years old in Wisconsin. Called here to make an appointment and apparently someone commited fraud and listed me as a responsible person to pay for the bill. She said it was prior to 2008. Im 31 years old. That would make me 17 years old or less. They told me I need to find a different provider because of fraud someone commited on my behalf as a underage minor. Not only do I have full coverage insurance and have a HSA which would cover any expense, its also something that apparently happened over 14 years ago without my knowledge as an underage minor and they want to hold that against me. Lady just kept repeating "were gonna ask you to find a different provider" with a really bad attitude as I tried to explain how can I be legally responsible for something I had no knowledge of and was also a minor, all things I can prove."
