"Very disappointed in the turn this business has taken. Being a long time patient I have always had a good experience, until they lost my money (credit card payment). Them they tried to charge me. Again. Thank goodness I remembered paying and argued otherwise they would have happily taken my money a second time. How do you lose someone's money? It was up to me to prove that I had paid and it took verbally telling them the exact date they charged me, showing them in the app (not acceptable), a statement from my bank (not accepted) and finally contacting my bank and having to get a transaction report. Don't lose someone's money and then treat them like a bad person when they already paid you. I was treated very coldly during this whole process. The hygiene team is fantastic, but watch your wallet!"
