"I asked for an appointment to replace a crown - my original request. I made an appt, which was followed up 5x via text to ensure I was making the appointment. I had my visit yesterday with the dentist, hygienist, and office manager. The hygienist asked me if I wanted various "menu items", I told her I wanted a crown replaced. The dentist then diagnosed and provided options. She then handed over to the office manager to explain coverages and costs. This was very strange to me. It felt like I was in a car dealership buying a vehicle and then moved along the selling process into the "finance" office for costs and payment options? I may be "out of touch" with today's dentistry process, but this certainly doesn't happen at other dentists we visit in the local areas. This is more a business approach and flowcharts vs a hometown dental experience. I am sure this works for some people, but this is not the model I will visit today or in the future. By the way, all persons were very nice and hospitable and I am sure they are just following the rules and processes outlined by their employer. Thanks"
