"Staff was very nice but wasn’t able to recreate a deep French tip :( took four employees to attempt This French tip and left unhappy paying more than I would at my regular nail tech. Used gel Polish instead of colored acrylic for the base color and this made my toes look 2-3 weeks grown out just leaving the shop. Also was given the wrong change 4 times so not sure if there a was a language barrier needing work or genuine incompetence. I give this place a retry every few years but always leave disappointed in the end result. The photos on google reviews are not accurate as to their work. Duck Nails in the photos are by my regular nail tech. Do not waste your money to leave unhappy :("

"Dirty manicure tables and floors. The guy going my nails used the dip powder container as my wrist rest when the actual wrist rest was sitting next to him. He cut my nails very short and crooked. He skipped cuticles and using the nippers. At the end he gave me the hand lotion to put on myself and walked off. Will not go back."

"If I could not leave no stars I would for this place. I first called on the phone and made an appointment and I asked if anybody can freestyle or do a fall design on my nails. The lady said yes. I did go in, I had Peter do my nails he picked beautiful colors but even before we started I asked him if he could do something similar to this which was leaves and a fall design. That never happened as you can see in my pictures. I got a design that looks like Christmas tree lights. Then after he couldn't do trees he wanted to put stickers on my nails. the stickers that they supposedly stick on your nails wouldn't even stick on my nails. I have almost a cut on every one of my nail beds. He never explained anything that he was doing. Also then a manager came over and asked me, what did I want on my nails! I showed him, I told him the leaves were out and that's what Peter was going to put on them but it was hard to understand both of them. On top of that the manager was very pushy because it was the end of the night and he wanted to get out of there. He was very rude and disrespectful. There's normally 3 of us that go together. To our normal nail salon. I seen the beautiful designs here and I wanted to try somewhere new, boy was I wrong to get our nails done! thank God I did not have them with me today. This place isn't clean, bathroom we're horrible which I have pictures of that also but I will not post. it's dirty on top of that. I was so disappointed with my nails they shouldn't even be this long but he said he couldn't do the design unless it was this long. Now I have to take more money out of my pocket to go get my nails taken off and redone. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!!!! I never ever leave a review on anything and this was one that I could not. I had to because I was so disappointed. A big waste of my hard working money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
