Cinemark Century Folsom 14

"Yesterday, as usual, we had another tragic movie watching experience in this theater. It's been years since we started facing audio issues with Indian movies screened at Century Folsom Theater. We never want to watch any movies here due to the very bad audio quality. Unfortunately, most Indian regional movies are only screened in this theater, possibly because it's cheaper to rent these screens. However, this shouldn't compromise the customer's viewing experience. Indian movies seem to be screened in the worst auditoriums in this complex, with small screens, weird seating layouts, and terrible audio where most dialogues are inaudible, ruining the theater experience every time. Please fix the audio issue at least for next time. I suggest the theater manager watch the first 5 minutes of 'Manjummel Boys' currently showing here and take action to improve the sound. Hoping for a better movie watching experience next time."

"Wanted to share my recent experience watching a movie at your theatre, and as expected, it was very disappointing. The dialogue was often unclear, and the overall audio experience was poor. The screen size was small, and the displayed picture appeared even smaller than the screen itself. The quality was not good and making it difficult to fully enjoy the movie. Overall experience did not feel watching a movie in theatre. I hope the Cinemark team will consider addressing these issues promptly to enhance the overall quality."

"One of the worst theaters around. The sound quality is very poor. Every time I watch a movie here, I get a headache. Also, the screens are too small, not much of an upgrade from the big screen TVs around these days. On top of that, some of the movies played didn’t cover the whole screen. It is hard to see what’s going on from the back row of the theater. I hope Cinemark will do some investment to upgrade the experience."

"A tad older than most theaters in the area and after you have had recliners and bar service you just can't go back. The screen and audio systems are excellent and no fire alarms going off with disjointed evacuations like other theaters."
