"I recently made the move to Mt. Horeb Dental after my previous dental saga turned into a billing nightmare. Thankfully, Mt. Horeb Dental keeps things simple by handling insurance matters without passing the headache on to patients. From the moment I walked in for my first visit, I knew I was in for a treat. The staff was not only professional but also genuinely kind. They even managed to convince me that my teeth are "beautiful." Now, I'm no dentist, and I know it may be the furthest thing from the truth, but I really appreciated the compliment. Now, let's talk about Dr. Reigle, who recently performed some dental magic on me with a crown procedure. I won't lie; I was a tad nervous given my childhood fear of dentists, but the Mt. Horeb Dental team made the experience surprisingly bearable by swooping in with kindness and comfort. What really impressed me was the follow-up call directly from Dr. Reigle himself later that day. I don't know any other doctor who does that! Major kudos for going above and beyond the call of dental duty. Mt. Horeb Dental has managed to make my dental visits less of a dreaded chore. I might not be doing cartwheels into the office, but they've certainly turned me from a nervous dental wreck into someone who can handle it with a smile. Cheers to the Mt.
