"Very rude blonde old lady at the front desk took 45 min to acknowledge any of the 7 people waiting at the desk to check in. She gave no instructions to have ids ready or check in self manually. Very unprofessional. Show signs of extreme pressure due to not being able to handle her job and amount of patience. Reacted to me very rude and fustrated. Going to speak to her supervisor about this matter as well."
"I went here for a urine test for my job. I made an appointment online thinking that I can be able to get in and out the building because of COVID. I drove all the way from AG to see one front desk person who was the only phlebotomist in that day. I told her I scheduled an appointment and she said that the time I scheduled it was not in the time frame they take urine tests. Like seriously? This wasn’t posted on the website or it was but not in a very obvious area. She then yelled at me (with a whole line of people behind me) to get out and was stuck in Santa Maria for an extra 2 hours because of their lunch break. I come back still infuriated and was able to get my urine test done in 10 minutes. She was nicer then but I still give it 2 stars because of how rude she was."
"When Labcorp schedules a drug test at this location, the phone number is wrong and informs you no appointments are necessary. It also mentions that the hours extend to 4:30 pm. The door of this office says 4:00, and the woman at reception will not take walk ins after 2:30. “Google costs money and we don’t pay for it.” Excellent business model!"
"Rude older lady at the front turned me away I arrived at 2:35 and was turned away because they stop taking urine samples at 2:30 and their urine collection hours are not easily attainable. I would hope for different set of hours from their regular office hours and urine collection hours be posted specially online (and why are those different?)"
