"Server was terrible. Ordered Mac and chesse as an after thought and when we paid she said I didn't order even tho there was some already dished into containers. All she had to do was grab one of them."

"We went as a group on December 27th. At 3:15, I tried to order a whole pizza. The girl wasn't sure if I could and asked the guy who was making it. He came over and said they didn't have the ingredients, and it would be two more hours! Well, there was enough made pizza of what I was going to order, so I asked if he would be willing to sell us a whole pizza with what they had made already (the whole pizza price vs. By the slice). I really didn't think this was an unreasonable request, seeing they didn't have the ingredients to complete our order. Well, he said no :(. About a half hour later, we then saw someone else walking away with a whole pizza box. I'm not sure if they paid the per slice price or if they somehow got a full pizza :/ Well, for being a pizza place, we were definitely bummed they didn't have the ingredients for a cheese pizza. And then disappointed they wouldn't honor the whole pizza price when they had enough made :( ."

"The mall was busy and they ran out of food so had to wait for more to be prepped. The pizza and breadsticks got overcooked and are rock hard. There is zero flavor and the garlic sticks are just cooked bread. Very disappointed. This is not normal for this place."

"A female worker named Sinclair was very rude. We had asked for some marinara sauce at the register for our breadsticks and she replied in a snappy tone, “we don’t have marinara, we have pizza sauce.” And then just sat there and stared at us….. oh and then never gave us the sauce it sat behind the cash register. We went back to grab it after walking away and she said “I was gonna give it to you”. She also told us that we were “supposed to ask for the sauce at the beginning of the line”. We just wanted some sauce to dip our breadsticks in man….maybe more training on customer service etiquette? I understand dealing with customers can be tough, but we were very kind to her."

"Stopped by around 11am and there were plenty of options for fresh pizza. Pizza, breadsticks, marinara & a drink all for $8.50. It was more than enough food for me, didn't even get to the second breadstick. Friendly service too."
