"Great theater but I'm hearing impaired and can't always understand the dialog. I was refused headset device once by Sal and it was really embarrassing because he chose to ignore me while serving drinks. Thirsty customers just wanted to get their drinks and snacks and all agreed that I was holding up the line. One guy started recording me saying that he knew what I was was up to. I just left the theater. Didn't visit again for years until I had a friend playing in a show who I wanted to support."
