No call or text so I called 3x to check if they were still open and each time I got the voicemail. Drove all the way from north county to find the place closed with a handmade sign telling us they are closed for the storm. It was sunny and not raining. A call or text would be appropriate. Will update with my rescheduled appointment."

"I had Covid 2 weeks ago and called ahead of time to clear this with them and to reschedule if necessary. They told me I would be fine and just needed to wear an N95 mask. I had already been cleared to go back to work as per appropriate guidelines. I drove from North County for my appointment and was already undressed on the table when I was informed the staff did not feel comfortable seeing me because I had coughed. Wasted my time and gas for nothing, even when they were the ones that told me I could show up."
